Being a single parent can be challenging and exhausting at the same time and the expectations from single parents can be overwhelming.

What can make matters worse is a lack of open dialogue for single parents. Being a single parent is often quite isolating in nature and people may find it difficult to access support and find others who truly understand their situation.

Meadows is a group where single parents meet, and under the guidance of an expert can share their experiences and emotions. This allows them to explore and decode their own feelings better as well as learn from each other.

Please note

  • This group is for single parents who are divorced/separated and living with ‘dependent’ children

  • This is NOT a parenting group primarily but parenting concerns of single parents is one of the key issues discussed

  • The group is relevant for parents who were divorced/separated recently or long back. Timeframe doesn’t matter.
