About me

I've always been deeply curious about why we feel and act the way we do as humans. That curiosity, combined with a strong sense of responsibility, shaped my path as a therapist. For me, therapy isn’t just work—it’s a purpose. I’m here to help you not only heal but also thrive and grow into a more self-reliant version of yourself.

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another. The therapeutic relationship is just like any other—it works best when there's a real connection. You don’t have to dive into your deepest struggles right away. We can start light—talking about a book you loved or a movie you recently watched—just to get a feel for how we communicate together.

Once we’ve built some comfort, we’ll move into understanding why you’re seeking therapy. I’ll ask about the concerns you’re currently facing and explore what’s worked or hasn’t worked in the past when you’ve tried to manage your mental health. This helps me tailor the process to your unique needs.

Throughout our work together, I encourage honesty and openness—only as much as you feel safe to share. This is your space, and confidentiality is strictly respected. My aim is to create a supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
