I am a counselling psychologist and family therapist. I have 5 years of clinical and therapeutic experience. I specialise in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues/difficulties. I have a sub-speciality in working with Adolescents and Adults dealing with trauma related difficulties, and/or emotional issues.
My style of psychotherapy is based on psychodynamic, humanistic and behavioral school of thought and is built on a dialogue and developing a meaningful relationship between the therapist and the client.

Qualification:  Master's in Counseling and family therapy
Areas of expertise: Anxiety disorders including panic disorder, phobias. Depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. Eating disorder, Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia, addiction and couples therapy.
Therapy approach: Holistic and eclectic, ensuring tailored and comprehensive care for each of my clients.
Work Experience: 6 years
