I am a 2x cancer survivor. Having been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma twice in prime of my life, my mental health along with my physical health was severely affected. Following medical advice, I have undergone bone marrow transplant with complete family support.

I went into depression and dealt with PTSD and panic attacks. With the help of my husband, family and friends, I overcame the disease and gradually my physical health as well as mental health kept improving.

Had PCOS since my teenage years, always had irregular and painful menstrual cycles. I gained 15kgs due to PCOS is a few years.
