I went through ups and downs in life after 12th with good marks - As an elder brother I started working full time to financially support my family - mom, two younger school going siblings. I have been through a point in life handling multiple things - Taking care of house rent, ration, younger siblings fees and my own education.We settled a few years later with basic needs.
I have been through real hard work and saw increasing stress levels due to my introvert and submissive nature.
I felt I am being suppressed on too many things like my brothers domination, family domination, can't have my way for any decisions, even suppressed in love, friends and could not get sleep hence approached a psychiatrist, took increasing medicines (sleeping pills) for 3 years before I realised I'm on the wrong track of drug addiction. So fought hard to come out of multiple tablets by tapering it down... lost lot of time and many things in that phase of life but still kept fighting to at least get back my lost happiness and enthusiasm for life.
But thank God I have emerged stronger and moving on looking ahead in life.
