Growing up, constant fat shaming among relatives or peers made me socially anxious and aloof. I have lived in an unhappy joint family, accompanied with daily fights at home resulting in a really bad mental health. I used to self-harm and continued for 3 long years. Got introduced to therapy and learnt to love and respect myself. I haven’t harmed myself since last 3 years. I’ve become outspoken, do what I wish to without worrying about what anyone else might think.
Through SoulUp, I wish to interact and help anyone who is feeling what I have grown up feeling.
