Over time, I made conscious career choices that provided me with stability and a means to overcome adversity. It wasn’t until decades later, through therapy, that I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD (CPTSD), which helped me understand the deep-rooted difficulties I faced in forming and maintaining meaningful connections. Since then, I have devoted myself to studying the human brain and psychological resilience. Drawing from my personal journey and ongoing learning, I am committed to supporting others who are navigating similar struggles, offering empathy, guidance, and hope.
