I’m a full-time dog mom & part-time therapist! My work is centred around understanding the relationship you hold with those around you, including the systems you’re a part of (school, university, workspace, family, friends etc) and how that impacts your relationship with yourself & your body. I’m keen on exploring how your unique life experiences have & continue to shape you while you navigate what parts of it you want to keep & what parts you’d like to work on disengaging with. I enjoy working with young adults looking to have a better relationship with themselves. Our work could look like you developing more compassion for yourself, challenging societal norms to focus on your values & building the capacity to exist in a world that is continuously giving us answers.
Qualification: MA in Clinical Psychology
Areas of expertise: Clients who have experienced: challenging interpersonal relationships, body image concerns, bullying and poor management at workplace
