I and my husband are from different cultural backgrounds, we spoke different languages which also took some time in adjusting. Also, having a kid around changes the dynamics of the house and the couple. We started to have many fights after having our kid, especially about the way of upbringing. Finding a common ground is very important which I have experienced.

Also, handling many aspects like house, kids, cooking,office. Women do a lot of multi tasking. Its important to handle everything. You don't or can't excel in everything, setting the expectations for yourself and people around you is important for your sanity.
