Doctors asked me to leave gym permanently if I want to recover after surgery. Right after my surgery I waited for 1 year to get over my breakup and get enough motivation to join gym again. I joined gym again in Feb 2022 and in just 3 months I created a muscular body again, found the love of my life and got a great management job in a big MNC. After this I started believing nothing is impossible.
