This website is owned and operated by Auriga Connect Private Limited (Company, we, us, our, SoulUp). The Company provides you with customised services which include but are not limited to provision of content, , access to 1-on-1 conversations with like-minded Peers, and group conversations, resources made available by the Platform (defined hereinafter) and as sought by you (Services). The Services are intended to offer emotional support to individuals who have undergone traumatic experiences, health conditions, and enable such individuals to learn from the experiences of like-minded individuals. This Platform is not intended for any dating, friendship, services, nor does it intend to act as a crisis helpline. 

By accessing, downloading, using this website or clicking on “I ACCEPT” button, made available on the website (Platform), you agree to be governed by this Terms of Use (Terms) and the Privacy Policy of the Company.



  • In order to avail our Services, you must be of 18 years of age or older. SoulUp has the right to terminate any account wherein the User is found to be below the age of 18 years. Access to the Services, Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals below the age of 18.
  • You can register for the Services by signing up on the Platform, by providing us with your personal information, including but not limited to your preferred name, email address & phone number, and may also include certain sensitive personal information such as mental health condition, or any other      mental/ health condition, on accounts of traumatic life situations, and emotional challenges, that you may be facing. 
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree that you will be solely responsible for any activities or actions taken under your password, irrespective of whether you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify SoulUp of any unauthorized use of your password or your account, upon becoming aware of any such discrepancy. Without limiting any other terms of this Terms, you may not use false identities or impersonate any other person or use a username or password that you are not authorized to use.
  • The Services provided by us is only for your personal and non-commercial use and should not be shared with individuals otherwise.
  • You can contact our Peers by booking an appointment through our Platform, and upon payment of the requisite fees. Peers are individuals who are on boarded by the Platform, and have overcome similar problems as you, who will converse with you, and enable you to share information in a safe, non-judgmental space.
  • In the event that you wish to be onboarded as a Peer on the Platform, you must follow the instructions provided on the Platform, and fill out the necessary forms, information for the same. 
  • Each appointment/ conversation lasts for 45-50 minutes, which may be further extended based on the Peer’s discretion. In the event of any extension beyond such period, the call will be considered within the next slot, and the user shall be required to make such payments for the second slot as well.
  • Each group conversation can last for about 75 minutes, and shall be conducted by a mental health expert. You may sign up for the same by accessing the Services on the Platform. 
  • You are not permitted to share any contact information with the Peer, which may enable you to connect with them outside of the Platform. You are similarly not permitted to request for any such contact information of the Peer, to connect with them separately from the Platform. 
  • Any and all communications with the Peers must be done through the Platform itself. 
  • You agree to use all our Services, in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations, or any other specific restrictions on the use of the Service or content therein. 
  • Any use of the information you provide to us is subject to your understanding and acceptance of our Privacy Policy. We may use your information, for the defined purposes, as listed out in the Privacy Policy, accessible at: [insert link].

  • SoulUp is committed to safeguarding the Services. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Services for maintenance at any time. If such situations cause an interruption of paid-for Services for a reasonable duration, SoulUp shall not bear any liability to you and/or to any third parties. SoulUp will make attempts on a best-efforts basis to let you beware of any scheduled maintenance to such extent as is possible. 
  • In the event that the regular maintenance of the Platform disrupts the Services offered to you, you are encouraged to book an alternate appointment on the Platform with the Peer, at the earliest. Alternatively, you may reach out to us at: connect@soulup.in, for resolution of your query.
  • You agree not to: circumvent, remove, degrade, deactivate, or thwart any of the contents of our service; use any robot, spider, scraper, or other means to access our service. You also agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, and disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through our service. Additionally, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of our service. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms or engage in any illegal or fraudulent use of our service.

  • SoulUp has several paid-for services, including 1 on 1 conversations with like-minded Peers, as well as group therapy sessions, which can only be accessed by way of a prior payment. SoulUp has provided all necessary information for the User of all such services on the Platform for ease, so that the User may affect payment and use our services. Users can book their preferred slots for the conversation by filling up a brief form, and then proceed to confirmation for the same.
  • If you decline to pay the relevant charges, SoulUp shall not be bound to provide such paid-for Services to you. User Fee is non-refundable. Once an appointment slot is booked, you cannot reschedule or cancel your slot. In case you do so, the user free shall be considered as forfeit, without any refund.
  • In the event that any Peer is unavailable at the appointed slot, you shall be provided an option of refund of the full amount, or you may reschedule your slot with the same Peer, at a mutually decided hour. In the event that you are comfortable speaking with another Peer, we may redirect you to an alternate Peer, who has gone through the same life situations as you.
  • Code of Conduct: You understand that the Platform is open to several forms of distressed individuals, and you must ensure that any statements, comments made during your appointment slot are not abusive, or discriminatory. While you are free to speak on the topic of your choice with the Peers, you shall not engage in any behaviour during their conversations, which may amount to “Prohibited Behaviour” as determined by Company, in its sole discretion and which includes, without limitation:
  • Sexually Explicit Material (i.e., pornographic or erotic content, including icons, titles, or descriptions). We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse imagery. If we become aware of any User exhibiting, publishing any child sexual abuse imagery, pornographic images during an appointment, we will be compelled to terminate the respective User Accounts and report it to the appropriate authorities immediately; and,
  • Violence and Bullying (i.e., User shall not threaten, harass or bully the Peers, or make any inflammatory statements, in relation to violence, bullying including suicide); and,
  • Hate Speech (i.e., User shall not promote bigotry, discrimination, hatred, intolerance, or racism, or target against any person or groups of persons based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity during their Peer appointments; and,
  • Sensitive Events (i.e., User shall not make any statements which may amount to capitalising on or lacking reasonable sensitivity towards a natural disaster, atrocity, conflict, death, or other tragic event and,
  • Unlawful Activity (i.e., User shall not use the Service for any illegal or unlawful purpose, including, without limitation, impersonation, defamatory statements, cyber-attacks, stalking and sexually exploiting any Peer); and,
  • User shall not use the Platform for any marketing purposes, dating, or any other ancillary purpose not in relation to genuine discussions, and mental health welfare. 
  • User shall not impersonate any other person during a video appointment;
  • SoulUp is not liable to any User for hurting any sentiments or causing them any kind of hurt, caused due to the conversations, group sessions or any content made available on the Platform. Users disclaims any recourse against SoulUp and shall not hold SoulUp liable for any content, which may have caused any form of hurt to such user.
  • The Peers may disconnect the call at any time, if the caller does not participate, absent, or any other similar reason, at their sole discretion.


  • You note that during your use of our Services, SoulUp can place advertisements or the likes on the Platform. You also agree to receive advertisement or other relevant information from SoulUp via e-mail or other methods that have been made available by you. You understand and agree that such advertisements may direct you to third party websites which may have their own policies which are different from that of ours. You note that such Services, to that limited extent, will be governed by the policies of such third parties. Please note that we do not own or operate the third-party sites, and we have not reviewed, and do not review, all the material, including goods or services, made available through third-party sites. We therefore urge you to kindly make an informed choice in interacting with such third-party sites and ensure that you are familiar with the policies of such sites before you proceed with engaging with such third-party sites.
  • The availability of these links on the Platform does not represent, warrant, or imply that we endorse any Third-Party Sites or any materials, opinions, goods, or services available on them. Third party materials accessed through or used by means of the Third-Party Sites may also be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.


  • If permitted by Us, you may share a hypertext link to the Platform for the purposes of sharing it with any person, provided that the link does not state or imply any sponsorship or endorsement of your activity by Us. You must not use on any other third-party website/ platform, or in any other manner any SoulUp trademarks, trade names, logos or service marks, or any other part of the Services, without our express, prior, written consent. You may not link, associate part/s, or in full any content shared on our Platform with or on any other third-party website/ platform, without our express, prior, written consent.


  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you through use of or access to the Services, or our failure to provide the Services. Our liability for negligence, breach of contract or contravention of any law as a result of our failure to provide the Services or any part of it, or for any problems with the Services, which cannot be lawfully excluded, is limited, at our option and to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • SoulUp is not an insurance provider nor are we a healthcare institution service provider. The Company’s role is limited to providing access to Peers for 1-on-1 conversations, or group sessions, content to you, to provide you a safe space for discussing your experiences.. 
  • The Platform does not provide medical/ tele-health advice and does not create a healthcare provider/patient relationship between you and SoulUp or otherwise. Any services provided by or content accessed from the Platform are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace the advice of your healthcare provider. Please consult your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider if you have any questions about a medical condition. Call Your doctor for all medical emergencies. SOULUP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ADVICE, COURSE OF TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THAT YOU MAY OBTAIN THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
  • You must understand that the Peers made available through SoulUp are not trained medical professionals, and their advice, discussions, conversations must not be treated as medical or as an expert opinion. You understand that the information provided by SoulUp Peers may be used as opinion, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. 


  • The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or the Company. You may end your legal agreement with the Company at any time for any reason by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of SoulUp. However, the terms which survive general expiration shall continue to govern you. You agree that we have the right to immediately suspend your account on the Platform if we suspect any violation of the Terms or any applicable laws & regulations. 


  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regards to any conflict of law provisions.  Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore. 


  • If any provision or provisions of these Terms, shall be held to be illegal, invalid, or, unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


  • We may from time to time change these Terms of Use. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you. We may assign or transfer our agreement with you including our associated rights and obligations at any time and you agree to cooperate with us in connection with such an assignment or transfer. We recommend that you periodically check this page for any revised terms. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of all such revised terms.


    We have a Grievance Officer to address your concerns regarding data safety, privacy, and Platform usage concerns. We will resolve the issues raised by you within 30 (thirty) days from receiving them. We have created a method for you to get in touch with us and for us to address your concerns.
