This collaborative environment made it easy to feel supported and understood, reinforcing the idea that we’re all in this together. Overall, I felt encouraged, heard, and not alone in my journey. These all were equally Valuable things for me of the session.

My first session with Soulup was a truly positive experience.

The psychologist, serving as the host, provided excellent guidance while also being open to feedback from peers. The session struck a perfect balance about 50% structured input from the host and 50% open space for peers to share their thoughts and challenges.
