In 2010, I was 13 when I was diagnosed with a panic disorder. My life went upside down, had 30-40 panic attacks everyday. Living in India with mental health issues was so difficult as people used to judge me and make fun of me. I was agoraphobic for 2 years from 2020-2022, I couldn't go out of my home alone as I feared panic attacks so much.
While I was homebound in 2020-2022, I studied a lot about panic disorders and their mechanism, learnt a lot and I started applying those principles. Currently, I'm off medications that I took for 11 years 2010-2021, and I'm working, I'm able to go out alone again.
I won't say that I'm fully recovered, I'm halfway there.
In this journey, I've learnt a lot, and it's my life mission now to help people , help those who are going through the same.
If you're someone who's going through the same, I want you to know that you're not alone, you're enough and you can recover!❤️.

Also went through a relatively unknown condition called Depersonalisation or derealisation, commonly known as dpdr.
When I first had it, I thought I was going crazy. I first had it when I was 7 years young. It started bothering me when I was 13, I used to tell my parents and doctors that I don't feel real.
They never understood what was I trying to say.
Sometimes, I couldn't feel my body, my surroundings, couldn't recognise myself in mirror. It literally made me believe that I was going crazy, but as I grew up and studied about it, I got to know it is the most uncomfortable and scary symptom of anxiety.
