I caught covid in the 2nd wave and was having blackaouts at that time. On top of it, I was the sole responsible person for the family of 3(which included my grandmother aged 93yrs who was partialy paralysed from waist down).

After I recovered, I changed my company and was having suicidal thoughts which I was not able to act upon. So, I contacted a therapist and she recommended for a consultation with a psychiatrist. On first consultaion, I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder(GAD, since childhood) and Depression(caused due to anxiety) of severity level 3. Also, I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety(since childhood) and Perfectionist Tendencies.

I took medicines prescribed by the doctor for 6 months to recover and still taking therapy for anxiety.
