The group is for anyone with a cancer diagnosis, whether recently diagnosed or advanced, long term survivors, recurrent cancer patients, those undergoing treatment, in remission or under palliative care.
The group is not designed for those who are terminally ill or transitioning to end-of-life care

1. Coping strategies for managing fear, anxiety, and uncertainty associated with a cancer diagnosis.
2.Expressing feelings and emotions related to the cancer experience in a safe and supportive environment.
3.Dealing with the impact of cancer on relationships with family, friends, and loved ones.
4.Exploring ways to maintain a positive outlook and find sources of hope and inspiration during difficult times.

6.Sharing personal stories and experiences to foster connection and empathy among group members.

  • Thank you, you all truly understand what I’m going through. I hope you guys get some good sleep, have an easy day, your doctors listen to you and that you can do some of your favorite activities with little to no pain.

  • It was comforting to hear that other people went through similar things. And hearing what was good, what was bad, and what they would change.

  • I am so grateful to have joined the group. I feel more connected to others, less alone in my experience, and supported. To someone in my situation who was considering SoulUp, I’d simply say: DO IT

✔️ Every meeting led by a world-class facilitator

✔️ Weekly 75-minute online video sessions

What happens in a group session?

While the format can vary as per topic, here’s a flow that most sessions follow

Check In. Participants check-in with each others' feelings and answer the prompt given by the facilitator if any.

Conversation. Your facilitator will guide the group in a free-flowing conversation—with the goal of sharing openly, talking honestly, and deep emotional connection.

Check Out. Participants share what they're taking away from the session.

What am i going to get out of this?

Participants say that they feel heard, understood, more in control, and a feeling that you’ve got people rooting for you. By talking about your emotions and what's going on in your life, you'll realise that you're not alone and get ideas for how to improve your situation.
