Having been a fat kid all my life, have fought body image and self-esteem issues in my adult life. I have been on a journey of exploring my interests, trying out different career options trying to find where I belong and what I find the most meaningful. I have sought the help of therapy to better my relationship with myself and my parents, trying to let go of perfectionism and self-criticism. While this journey still continues, hoping to help people going through a similar journey. Have ADHD as well.
