Life has not been easy on me. I'm still a work in progress but having been through sexual abuse, parental loss, bullying, neglect, rejection, many toxic relationships, uncomfortable changes, guilt, shame, mental health issues, grief, resentment, anger issues and abuse..all at a very young age and sometimes, all at once..I have now learnt to deal with all of these with better and healthy copying mechanisms. But all I needed throughout all this was always an empathetic listener, even much more than a helping hand.
