Lost my mother to Cancer in 2019. Got diagnosed with clinical depression soon after this incident. I have a 25yo autistic brother to whom I'm a caregiver after our mother's loss. This loss effected every aspect of my life; socially, physically and mentally. I started having provocative thoughts to hurt myself. I tried everything but nothing seemed to make things better. So I soaked myself with activities so that my mind stays diverted. I still haven't gotten over it but have learnt how to cope with the trauma.
