I was happily married for 35 years and had a full family with children and grand kid,until one day COVID time turned my life upside down. My children and my husband used to do everything for me, never did I think that I would end up living alone. I had to learn everything, from driving to paying bills. There was no financial hardship but becoming independent at the age of 60 and trying to overcome the grief of loss of my husband taught me more than anything. My son forced me do to join therapy even though I was so against it. But after attending the SoulUp sessions I felt like I wasn't alone in the journey of grief and I can come out of it. Now I would like to help others who are in grief and would like understand and help them what they are going through.
