I am a National Swimmer, National Taekwondo Player, Defence Brat.
Have dealt with heart breaks, skin color issues and was put down by so called friends and family.

Being a National Swimmer I was body shamed for my curvy body. I am Wheatish and was Color/Skin shamed by my own circle, Still dealt with it with so much of pride and confidence because 'Brown is Beautiful'

I have been cheated on in relationships, even in friendships and taken advantage for my good nature throughout my journey so far.
Being a Working woman, I was led down, shown down as I am just a lady and my work is to just do household chores. I want to help people like me and make stress free and anxiety free just how I did with the help of talking.

I feel talking and speaking out your emotions makes you stress free and makes u burst out whatever you are dealing with day to day lives. I picked myself from there to the person I am right now with optimism, that come what may I shall face it with the courage. Just like any other human being I am also dealing with Corporate stress, work pressure and how i overcame that. Remember you own a life outside your Office space too.
