My life is a story, and so is my journey from being an unaware bubbly girl to a secure and self-aware human. I had a tough childhood as my parents were not in a healthy marriage. I grew up attention-seeking and with low self-esteem. My looks gave me all the confidence, and it was pretty shallow. I yearned for love and would compromise my self-respect in the name of love.

Vipassana has been a life-altering experience for me. Today, I am proud to say I am a lot more aware, not 100% healed but on the right path in the correct direction.
I wake up with gratitude for this journey, as it has been a delight!
