Was at a point in life where I was filled with insecurity, inferiority complex, lack of confidence, low self esteem because of epilepsy and the weight I gained with it . I used to live in constant fear what if I get a seizure while am away , how will I live alone , will I get someone who l love me , about career and etc. While I forgot I can only solve these problems once I accept that I have epilepsy and start loving myself with what I have. there was no emotional or peer support or awareness during the time I was diagnosed with epilepsy but now I want to make sure to spread awareness and help as many to cope up with epilepsy emotionally and get stronger by firstly accepting epilepsy like a friend and not a enemy
