About me

I am a Trauma-Informed Therapist, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Art Therapy, and I also borrow from Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Polyvagal, and Body-Movement Therapies. I practice an Eclectic Therapeutic Approach. I hold an M.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Philosophy from Delhi University (2014), and graduated from St. Stephen's College, Delhi (2012). With over 12 years of experience, I have worked primarily in the social sector, empowering, equipping, and enabling individuals through Social-Emotional Learning, counselling, and trainings. I have worked across India in both rural and urban centers, giving me a strong understanding of the socio-cultural dynamics of our nation. My work also focuses on C-PTSD, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and childhood trauma—emotional, physical, and sexual.

Since 2024, I have maintained a private practice with clients across the globe and also consult for schools and corporates to promote mental and emotional wellbeing in their organizations. I am an experienced, committed, and empathetic counselling psychologist dedicated to helping individuals overcome trauma and emotional distress through an integrative, trauma-informed approach.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
