Ushasi is a distinguished Clinical Psychologist and advocate for mental health needs, boasting 14 years of clinical expertise and 10 years in the corporate health sector. She is dedicated to elevating standards in mental health services wherever she works. Ushasi holds a Ph.D. and completed her clinical training (M. Phil) at the University of Calcutta, accredited by the Rehabilitation Council of India.

Her career spans roles as a clinical supervisor, faculty member, and consultant, enriched by extensive clinical, research, and administrative responsibilities over the past decade.
