Dr. Porrselvi’s ADHD diagnostic process is structured, evidence-informed, and tailored to each individual’s needs with a focus on rehabilitation and management.
1. Clinical Interview & Review of Records
A 60-minute interview gathers the client’s history, current concerns, and impact on daily life. Clients are encouraged to share relevant documents like academic or previous evaluation reports.
2. Informant Session
After the report, an informant—such as a parent, sibling, friend, or spouse who spends at least five hours weekly with the client is invited for a 15-minute session to provide additional insights.
3. Psychometric Assessment & Diagnostic Report
Following the clinical interview and informant session, the client completes tailored psychometric questionnaires via SoulUp within 1–2 days. These are reviewed by Dr. Porrselvi, who then prepares a comprehensive diagnostic report within a week. The report includes clinical findings, interpretations, diagnostic impressions, and individualised recommendations. It is shared with the client through SoulUp.
4. Optional Feedback Session
Clients may choose to schedule a feedback session following receipt of the report. This session provides an opportunity to clarify the findings, address any questions, and discuss the way forward.
