Mrigtrishna Rathore

I'm Mrigtrishna, a Psychotherapist and the Founder of Khejdi For Mental Health based in Jaipur. My mission is to spread awareness and develop quality community mental health services, and I've been working on mental health awareness and providing services to people from different parts of Rajasthan.

My journey involves weaving together art, food, games, and various activities to foster mental well-being, following a holistic approach that integrates diverse elements to create community-based spaces for mental health.

In my role as the Founder and Psychotherapist at Khejdi for Mental Health, I am committed to developing a social enterprise that offers psychotherapy and mental health awareness. I collaborate with diverse individuals and organizations to create spaces for mental health awareness, continuing to conduct Mental Health Chaupal since 2018 in Jaipur and other parts of Rajasthan; and conducting weekly sharing circles in Jaipur since 2019.

As a mental health advocate and a psychotherapist keen on spreading mental health awareness, I have been working on organizing monthly mental health chaupals, workshops, awareness events, and fundraisers using various mediums like wall painting, movie screenings, bike rallies, music events, open facilitated conversations around mental health, etc.

I also have been working as a psychotherapist, providing individual and group therapy both offline (in Jaipur) and online therapy since 2016, and organizing mental health events in various parts of Rajasthan, including rural and urban areas.

Qualification: Group Analyst in Training; M. Sc Counselling Psychology; PD Diploma Hypnotherapy;
