I’m a RCI registered Clinical Psychologist Associate and a proud alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, and personality-related concerns. My clinical experience also includes supporting individuals with psychiatric disorders and offering psychoeducation to families when needed.
My approach to therapy is trauma-focused and client-centered, grounded in the belief that every individual has the innate capacity to heal — sometimes, they just need the right support. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while integrating concepts from Applied Buddhist Psychology to bring mindfulness and deeper insight into our work together.
Currently, I’m also training with Somatic Experiencing International (California) to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which helps me support clients through a mind-body lens.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me immersed in books, laughing at memes, spending time in nature, or hanging out with my dogs — all of which help me stay grounded and connected.

Terms and policies
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
There is no refund or cancellation once you have been put in touch with the therapist. However, you can reschedule sessions upto 48 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling of the session is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
