English , Kannada, Konkani, and Tullu
I have completed my Bachelor's degree from Rosary College of Commerce and Arts under the University of Goa, and my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Roshni Nilaya, School of Social Work, under the University of Mangalore.
During my student days, I worked with children, adolescents, and young adults in educational settings, providing counselling and psychoeducation. I now have over six years of experience working in both educational and corporate settings.
I have conducted multiple seminars and webinars, and I hold a special interest in suicide prevention as well as substance use prevention and treatment. I am trained and certified in these areas, with specialized training in substance use prevention and treatment.
My work is rooted in the principles of a person-centred approach, integrated with Rational Emotive Behavioural Techniques.
In the corporate space, I have worked extensively with clients on a wide range of concerns, from work-related challenges to personal development, relationships, and marriages. I’ve had the opportunity to walk alongside employees navigating difficulties related to career, lack of motivation, boundary setting, financial literacy, relationship issues, stress management, and more.
I speak English, Kannada, Konkani, Tulu, and Hindi, and I conduct sessions in all these languages.

Terms and policies
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
There is no refund or cancellation once you have been put in touch with the therapist. However, you can reschedule sessions upto 48 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling of the session is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
