I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists, with over 18 years of experience in the field of mental health—including 15 years within the UK’s National Health Service. I specialise in adult mental health and trauma-focused interventions, with particular expertise in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (tf-CBT).
My approach to therapy is person-centred and integrative, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual. I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Systemic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I work collaboratively with clients in a supportive environment, using a formulation-driven approach to help understand their challenges and co-create strategies for meaningful and lasting progress.
I offer therapy online, ensuring flexibility and privacy while maintaining the depth and effectiveness of in-person sessions. I deeply value the opportunity to walk alongside my clients on their journey of trauma recovery and emotional well-being, and I am committed to helping them create meaningful, positive change in their lives.

Terms and policies
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
There is no refund or cancellation once you have been put in touch with the therapist. However, you can reschedule sessions upto 48 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling of the session is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
