About me

Hi, I’m Prachi Naik (she/her), a psychotherapist and a pet parent. I believe that healing looks like small insights, small steps toward change, and learning to be a little kinder to yourself every day. I’ve been practicing for over 10 years, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, self-worth, sexual well-being, and those who are neurodivergent. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai.

Over the years, I’ve trained in Queer Affirmative Counselling Practice by the Mariwala Health Initiative; Sexuality and Mental Health Institute by Anjali MHRO; and Looking In, Looking Out by Nirantar Trust to deepen my understanding and approach towards sexuality, gender, and mental health.

In therapy with me, you can expect warmth, gentle curiosity, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are - confused, hopeful, overwhelmed, or worried. I don’t believe in fixing people; I believe in supporting them as they find clarity, courage, and their own voice. I’d be happy to walk with you on your journey

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
