Purpose : To normalise lived experiences, reduce stigma, and establish a compassionate, non-judgemental understanding of BPD while creating emotional safety within the group.

• The Biosocial Model explained in accessible, non-pathologizing language
• Common myths surrounding BPD and their harmful impact on self-image and treatment

Purpose : To provide participants with a clear internal map of their emotional world and coping system.

Saee Patwardhan is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil who believes therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative partnership. With over five years of experience working with complex adult diagnoses, she supports individuals navigating Adult ADHD, Substance Use concerns, and personality-related difficulties. Her work is grounded in radical inclusivity, and she is a queer-affirmative therapist with extensive experience working with religious minorities. Saee’s approach focuses on helping people bridge the gap between understanding their brain and taking effective action toward resilience, contentment, and long-term change.

In the Borderline Personality Disorder Support Group, Saee integrates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic understanding, and trauma-focused care to offer a practical, skills-based group experience. Sessions focus on building tools for emotion regulation, managing impulsivity, and improving relationships, while maintaining a structured yet empathetic and inclusive environment. Alongside her group facilitation experience in smoking cessation, Adult ADHD, and BPD support spaces, Saee has also conducted award-winning research on developing digital support groups for adults with ADHD and has worked as an Expert Clinical Psychologist on a Tobacco Cessation Project at NIMHANS, Bangalore. She currently works as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with the ADHD Chapter, India. Confidentiality in Support Groups is maintained using secure meeting links and enabling waiting rooms to control participant access. Participants are bound by mutual confidentiality clause within the group. and sessions are not recorded without explicit consent.

Are Group sessions done on video?

Yes, all group sessions are conducted on video via Zoom.

While participants are allowed to use pseudonyms - they need to be on video to make the most of the session.

What is SoulUp's refund policy on Groups?

1. After you have registered for the group and you'd like to opt out:
- Full refund if you cancel 30 days before the group start date.
- 50% refund if you cancel 16-30 days before the group start date.
- No refund if you cancel 0-15 days before the group start date.

2. If SoulUp cancels a group, we will refund the entire signup fee.

3. If SoulUp reschedules a group by more than 2 weeks, we will inform you and give you an option to opt out and get a full refund.
