About me

I am a warm, compassionate Counsellor with over 12 years of experience supporting children, young people, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I am the Founder of ReNyou – Reflections ’N’ You Counselling and Mental Wellbeing Services, where I offer a safe, respectful, and supportive space for individuals and families to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I hold a Master of Counselling and am a Level 3 Member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and a Clinical Registrant with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and child-inclusive approach, recognising each person’s unique strengths, lived experiences, and nervous system needs. At ReNyou, I support clients with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, trauma, parenting challenges, relationships, life transitions, and wellbeing, working collaboratively to create meaningful and sustainable change. I am deeply committed to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing professional development, ensuring care that is both professional and genuinely human.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
