FAQs/Policy for Memberships

How do I choose a therapist?

Members select from our curated collection of licensed therapists. Profiles include areas of expertise, approach, and experience.

Are sessions online or in-person?

Sessions are online via Zoom for convenience.

What if I don’t feel comfortable with my therapist or don't like them?

You can switch therapists after your first session with a therapist at no extra cost. You can switch multiple times upto a maximum total of 10 sessions across therapists.

Refund policy on SoulUp memberships

Once purchased, there is no refund available on our annual memberships. In case you do not wish to avail it anymore, the amount can be adjusted against other services/products available on SoulUp. This amount will be determined taking into account the number of sessions already availed and the base (non-membership) session fee of the therapist.
