About me

Hi, I’m Shreya Agrawal, Counselling Psychologist. I believe therapy isn’t just about fixing problems it’s about feeling seen, heard, and understood. I work with people facing stress, relationship struggles, trauma, or simply the heaviness of everyday life, offering a safe and non-judgmental space to unpack it all. My approach blends evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based techniques with genuine human connection. I work with you, not on you.

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up because I listen without rushing, and I meet them where they are. A little about me- I value meaningful conversations, quiet moments, and creating spaces where people feel less alone. Outside of sessions, you’ll probably find me lost in music, dancing to shake off the day, or enjoying a chilled glass of iced tea. With 2 years of counselling experience and a passion for breaking the stigma around mental health, I’m here to help you feel lighter, more in control, and more connected to yourself. Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
