What to Expect?

Find empowerment through shared stories. The sessions are designed to encourage open and honest conversations, allowing you to share your experiences, learn from others, and build confidence in your own parenting journey.

This is a space to explore a range of topics including sleep routines, feeding, self-care, and emotional well-being.

Why Join?

While we might already have our villages to help raise the baby, the reality is most of that village is focused on the baby and not the Mom.

These weekly sessions are your safe space to share your thoughts, fears, and triumphs in a supportive environment without fear of judgment.

And learn practical coping strategies and resilience-building techniques to navigate the ups and downs of motherhood.

What will we talk about?

• Transition to Motherhood: Insights on the emotional and physical changes
• The overwhelm of caring for a newborn
• Postpartum mental health
• Feeding choices and sleep routines
• Body Image and Self-Esteem
• Getting back to work, balancing work and motherhood
• Co-parent relationship stress
• Carving out personal time and self care
• Managing feelings of guilt and self-doubt
• Explore different parenting styles and approaches
• Parenting Books and Resources
• And much more

  • I'm a part of dozens of Facebook and Whatsapp groups but didn't know throwing therapist in the mix could weave magic.

    Nidhi

What happens in a group session?

While the format can vary as per topic, here’s a flow that most sessions follow

Check In. Participants check-in with each others' feelings and answer the prompt given by the facilitator if any.

Conversation. Your facilitator will guide the group in a free-flowing conversation—with the goal of sharing openly, talking honestly, and deep emotional connection.

Check Out. Participants share what they're taking away from the session.

What am i going to get out of this?

Participants say that they feel heard, understood, more in control, and a feeling that you’ve got people rooting for you. By talking about your emotions and what's going on in your life, you'll realise that you're not alone and get ideas for how to improve your situation.
