I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for past four years, and would need constant validation and guidance from friends, family & partner. I had a void and emptiness that persisted despite my attempts to fill it with relationships, yet I was miserable. However, I recently was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Many things about who I really am began to make more sense to me with the aid of therapy. I am currently on a journey to better understand myself, become more independent, self-assured, and balanced. I would love to support others who are overcoming similar difficulties.
