Circle of Control

The circle of control is a concept that refers to the things in your life that you have the power to change. Using this as a framework for thinking about your life and responsibilities helps you feel less anxious and let go of things that are beyond your control or influence. 

A quick exercise to try:
Draw a circle and then another one within it. Take a few minutes to list things that are within your control in the inner circle and the things that are not in your control in the outer one.  Here is an example of how your circle of control may look like.
