About me
I am a trained and qualified trauma-informed counselling psychologist with a deep commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for my clients. My therapeutic style is rooted in an eclectic approach, allowing me to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each individual I work with. While I draw from a range of modalities, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) form the core of my practice, providing structured and evidence-based techniques to support emotional and behavioural change.
I have experience working with a diverse range of concerns including grief and loss, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, workplace stress, depression, anxiety, and self-image or self-worth issues. My trauma-informed lens ensures that I remain sensitive to how past experiences may be influencing present challenges, while also empowering clients to build resilience and a stronger sense of self.
With empathy and respect at the heart of my work, I strive to help individuals feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their healing and growth journeys.

Key Therapeutic Approaches I use
Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
