Goals of the group

• Build resources and understanding against Gaming or Behavioral Addiction.
• Build a supportive circle to deal and discuss problems otherwise not being understood by other people around.
• Learn some tips and techniques essential to fight the behavioural addiction (gaming)

Who is it for?

Group is for anyone who is:
• Dealing with difficulty in self regulation in terms of managing hours spent online or offline on virtual gaming
• Having difficulty in functioning in other life roles that they have
• Have people complaining about their gaming activity being excessive in nature

Session 1: Psychoeducation & Identification

• Knowing the symptoms of behavioral addiction
• Understand Brain mechanisms involved

Session 2: Building the resources

• Motivation enhancement toolkit
• Individual assessment and creating agenda to quit

Sesion 3: Implementation

• Tips and techniques that can help in reducing craving and building capacity
• Building one's own resources and safety net

Session 4: Encapsulation

• 12 keys for recovery
• Relapse prevention

Meet your Facilitator

Psy. Sradha Madan Ray

Sradha is the Co-Founder of Psychology Delhi. She is currently practicing as a consultant clinical psychologist at Punah Santulan, West Delhi.

Sradha has completed her RCI Licensing in Clinical Psychology from Amity Institute of Behavioral (Health) & Allied Sciences. She has Masters in Applied Psychology is from Tata Institute of Social Science, BALM.

Post that, Sradha has attained experience at various esteemed institutions of mental health in India such as NIMHANS Bangalore, SCARF Chennai, The Banyan Chennai, NIPMED Noida.
Her professional role includes Assessing, Diagnosing, Certifying Disability, providing Clinical Management & Psychotherapy along with Rehabilitation for a wide range of mental health conditions.

Conversation. Your facilitator will guide the group in a free-flowing conversation—with the goal of sharing openly, talking honestly, and deep emotional connection.

Check Out. Participants share what they're taking away from the session.
