The facilitator was truly mind-blowing — incredibly insightful and held space beautifully throughout. The agenda was well thought out, and the sessions were engaging and meaningful. While I didn’t mind a larger group, I personally felt that fewer sessions might have worked just as well. Overall, I walked away with valuable takeaways and did achieve what I set out for. Grateful for the experience!

I came in with a completely different concept in mind. However the group therapy turned out to be totally above my expectations and was on a different agenda which definitely helped me and will help me in the future as well. It was nice to perform all the activities and listen to everyone in the group
