Childhood was short-lived as I matured too young. I became a very private person from being an extrovert. A close family member was diagnosed with mental illness, which affected me a lot. I got into a toxic relationship in search of hope. My health deteriorated, and I remained sick for more than a year. No medicines worked. Started anxiety and IBS treatment and learnt how to balance my gut with stress. Found the right partner, and finally, I had someone I could open up to. Even the right relationship is not easy after coming from insecure surroundings. A lot of things trigger the old trauma. But talking your heart out without any fear can make you accept your life and move ahead by learning from it. People find it comfortable talking to me; I hope you do too.
