I battled/ continue to battle a host of emotional and mental health issues ( Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Dyslexia, OCD, Suicidal ideation, learning difficulty, CPTSD, and Borderline ) by beginning to do the inner-work myself as I didn't have the financial freedom nor familial support to help me get through the pain.
I also wrote CA final exam 17 times in the hopes of passing just to prove to myself that I'm worthy of my family and with each attempt, my marks, effort, and health deteriorated.
I now swear by therapy and inner-work in the Indian context. If only I had someone to talk to who had gone through something similar then maybe I could've accepted my pain and the roots of it sooner. I hope to do the same for you.

A sense of connected-ness

The time was too short to say that the session gave me a lot. In the end it was fast conversation. But I did get a fresh perspective.
I think the time should be longer. Such conversations cannot be completed in 45 mins and we have to wait for a week for next slot. The impact will get lost in a week. There should be an option of booking another session immediately or extending the current session.
