Being ambitious is excellent, but being ambitious in circumstances where you have other liabilities, relationships to carry forward and constrains about which you are unaware is absolutely triggering and sacrificial. With me it happened in the year 2016 when I was pursuing my Doctoral studies in India, which I believed I would have pursued in a foreign country where I got a chance to do so and I couldn’t. It led to a massive mental breakdown and due to those unspoken conditions my family, my then partner and presently my husband couldn’t support whole heartedly. I was aware that it broke me from inside, and till today I am struggling to have an exposure of the same opportunity and to serve my purpose. While going through this phase I had realized that I have a purpose in life, I am not here to just do 9-5 job and have a family and children and die peacefully. I went for therapy sessions, I went for spiritual healing and mind reading sessions. I still do that.. whenever I fail to explain something or some kind of triggered emotions I try to help myself out from it by the help of simple tricks which are really simple but when you are going through hard times it seems to pull you down to apply those tricks. Hence, I want to reach out to those who have been in my place and help them out and convey that you aren’t alone! :)
