I got divorced after 9.5 years of marriage, as my husband was short-tempered, manipulative and gaslighting me. He used to put a show of being the best husband in front of others but his whole personality changed when it was just the two of us. I wanted the marriage to work and hence I gave my entire life into it, not thinking about my happiness and my goals. I lived in a joint family, with his parents and my sister-in-law with her kids.
I work in the IT industry, trying to figure out my career path, relationships, and home. Taking life as it comes, just swimming through life challenges.
