Virakshi is a dedicated clinical psychologist with extensive experience in supporting individuals across various age groups and socio-economic backgrounds in navigating mental health challenges. She specializes in working with concerns such as bullying, low self-esteem, personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related symptoms.

With a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirmative approach, Virakshi believes in taking small, sustainable steps toward healing. She offers a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where individuals can reconstruct their traumatic experiences with a strong support system and redefine their meaning in life.

Her expertise spans a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Supportive Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.

Process: 2 sessions – Session 1 (90 min): Clinical interview + DIVA-5. Session 2: Discussion of report. All sessions online over Zoom.

2. Depression
Tools:
Clinical interview, HAM-D, BDI.
Process: 1 session: Clinical interview + assessment (75–90 min). Online; followed by report.

3. Anxiety Disorders
Tools:
Clinical interview, HAM-A, BAI.
Process: 1 session: Clinical interview + assessment (75–90 min). Online; followed by report.

4. OCD
Tools:
Y-BOCS, clinical interview.
Process: 1 session – Clinical interview + assessment (90 min). Online; followed by report.

5. PTSD
Tools:
Clinical interview, ICD-10 criteria, PCL-5.
Process: 2 sessions – Session 1: Clinical interview; Session 2: Assessment.The sessions are done online, over Zoom, and followed by a report.
