I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist working with people from all walks of life. I have experience in dealing with all sorts of issues related to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship problems, geriatric issues, psychosomatic complaints, trauma and abuse. I use a holistic approach and employ evidence-based techniques to suit the client’s needs.

Qualification: MPhil in Clinical Psychology
Areas of expertise: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Couple Therapy, Geriartic issues, Personality Disorders, Substance Dependence.
Therapy approach: Eclectic approach which includes an amalgamation of different therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, MBSR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Commitment Focused Therapy.
