About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist, trained in India, working with individuals navigating relational difficulties, inner conflict, emotional burnout, and major life transitions. My clients often reach out at a point where something feels like it needs to shift—whether it’s how they engage in relationships, manage internal or external expectations, or connect with themselves more authentically.

I support individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, often feeling caught between who they were expected to be and who they are becoming. Many are learning to embrace vulnerability—sometimes for the first time—or to honour their own needs with compassion rather than guilt.

In addition to my work with adults across the lifespan, I also work closely with the geriatric population, helping older adults process long-held emotional pain, navigate shifting roles, and adapt to evolving dynamics in family and identity as they age.

Whether you are someone carrying the pressure to keep everything together, or someone quietly unraveling and unsure where to begin, my approach offers a steady, non-judgmental space rooted in authenticity. I work relationally and insightfully, placing less emphasis on techniques and more on the gentle unfolding of what is real, present, and ready to be heard.
