I am a HCPC- Registered Practitioner Psychologist and was a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society- CPsychol. (2021-2022) and hold a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience with training in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I previously worked in King's College Hospital, London specialising in Neuropsychology. I currently head a multi-disciplinary team focusing on neurorehabilitation. I am the recipient of multiple awards including the Early Career Award from the International Neuropsychological Society (2022). I am also an active researcher with many publications in peer-reviewed journals and a copyright awarded by the Government of India. Understanding the brain and how it influences our thoughts, emotions and behaviour helps us heal from within. I work with clients and their support system to help them take charge and adopt evidence-based behaviours for their brain health and emotional well-being. “Let me help you, help yourself."
