About me

I am a psychologist and practicing psychotherapist specializing in psychodynamic therapy, with an emphasis on relational and somatic perspectives. I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Psychology in 2019 and have spent the past five years immersing myself in the field of psychotherapy.

My therapeutic approach is centered on recognizing each individual as a unique person, focusing not just on their symptoms but on what those symptoms might reveal beyond conscious awareness. I view therapy as a supportive yet challenging space that fosters personal growth, helping individuals become more introspective and aligned with their true selves.

I primarily work with adults over the age of 21, particularly those from an Indian background.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
