About me

An integrative psychotherapist and counselling psychologist, with her work rooted in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches. Her practice helps individuals explore the deeper roots of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, offering greater understanding of the self and one’s inner world.  The therapist offers a safe and reflective space where past experiences and early relationships can be understood in the way they shape present struggles and relational patterns. Her work actively engages with unconscious processes, including transference and countertransference, to bring awareness to recurring difficulties and support lasting change.

She also incorporates adaptive coping strategies while addressing defence mechanisms, such as resistance, that may stand in the way of self-exploration.  Holding a Master’s degree, she brings extensive research and applied experience across clinical and counselling settings. Her critical thinking skills, active listening, case formulations, and thoughtful reflections help those seeking deeper self-understanding and emotional well-being. She primarily works with adults between the ages of 18 and 45.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
